Abstract

The article develops one of the conceptual provisions formulated by the outstanding lawyer S. S. Alekseev: ‘The struggle for law is a social supertask, the business of each and every one’, as the most effective way to improve law and normalize public life on its basis. In order to further develop the foundations of the theory of the struggle for the right, an appropriate scientific toolkit is proposed for scientific discussion. In particular, the criteria of legal content, purpose, objectives, levels, methods, mechanisms and forms of struggle for the content of law are defined.
