Special issue of the scientific publication has been prepared following the results of the VII Alekseev’s readings “Ideas of S. S. Alekseev in legal science and practice of the XXI century (theory of legal regulation in modern contexts)”, held on May 24, 2024 as part of the business program of the XVII session of the European-Asian Legal Congress dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sergey Sergeevich Alekseev.
