Abstract

The article summarizes some results of the study of the concept, polystructure and polyfunctionality of legal practice, its place and role in the legal system of society. The main attention is paid to S. S. Alekseev’s views on relevant issues, as well as the interpretation of the nature of legal practice by domestic and foreign authors.
