Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of individual manifestations of the impact of technological factors on the quality of working life of citizens (increased de-standardization of labor, the need to develop skills and adaptation throughout working life, the imbalance of work and personal life, robotization and algorithmic management). The author concludes that digital technologies simultaneously create both new opportunities for developing the quality of working life and new risks, which can be minimized through social policies aimed at supporting employment, ensuring free time, effective exercise of the right to information, and protecting the dignity of an employee during work.
