ISSUES OF IMPROVING LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS ON INFORMATION DISSEMINATION

Abstract

The author analyzes the problems of Russian legislation in the sphere of information
dissemination. The issues of improving the legal regulation of relations on the dissemination of information are considered. It is noted that it is necessary to take into account the intersectoral nature of information relations. The complexity of legal relations of information dissemination is emphasized. It is argued that in the context of the active development of the information society, one of the main issues determining legal regulation in the information space is the task of forming, systematizing and unifying legal concepts, definitions and terms. The author notes that the process of improving the legal regulation of relations of information dissemination is associated with the need for a theoretical rethinking of existing legal categories. In addition, it is also associated with the processes of unification and harmonization of current information legal norms. It is shown that the imperfection of the norms regulating relations of information dissemination hinders the development of iinformation legislation in general. It is concluded that the development of a legislative act regulating legal relations of information dissemination will contribute to the formation of an effective mechanism for public-legal regulation of the dissemination of information, as well as the process of systematization of information legislation in general.
