Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of key aspects of judicial protection of the labor
rights of remote workers in the context of the modern labor market. The paper analyzes the specifics of the legal regulation of remote employment and identifies the main problems that employees face in protecting their rights. Special attention is paid to the study of mechanisms that ensure effective protection of the interests of employees in court. In conclusion, the importance of creating a favorable legal environment to ensure the protection of labor rights is emphasized.
