The article considers the peculiarities of constitutional-legal regulation of external and internal labor migration in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also notes that guaranteeing freedom of movement, the state should take measures to manage the active migration processes, due to the fact that uncontrolled mass movements of people have a negative impact on the growth of crime, the state of the domestic labor market and economic development.
