Abstract

This article discusses topical issues of improving international cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of labor migration. Additional measures have been revealed to improve the processes of labor migration and support persons engaged in temporary work abroad. The national regulatory legal acts affecting the labor rights of migrants are considered. The process of maintaining a system of safe, orderly and legal external labor migration has been studied. Proposals to improve the mechanism of legal regulation of labor migration are presented. New statistical data on the number of labor migrants who left Uzbekistan to work abroad have been revealed.
