Abstract

The article examines experimental legal regimes as an instrument for modernizing legislation in the context of rapidly developing innovative technologies. It explores various scholarly approaches to their content and regulatory potential, with particular attention given to the analysis of EAEU legal acts aimed at harmonizing regulation in this field. Using case studies from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus the author reveals national models for implementing experimental regimes, highlighting their key features and development trends. The study concludes that finding a balance between regulatory flexibility and legal certainty is crucial for effectively governing technological changes within Eurasian integration.
