EURASIAN PRINCIPLES OF CONSTITUTIONALIZATION OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES: FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

In the modern world there are significant changes in legal and civilizational development,
the leading role in which is played by the states of the Eurasian space, which have expressed a desire to overcome the influence of Western liberal values, which were previously considered universal. The authors of the article, analyzing this trend, highlight the previously borrowed Western principles of state organization, which are actively being revised and modified in the Eurasian space, gradually acquiring the qualities of universality. In addition, the authors formulate their own proposals for improving this process and adjusting the content of the Eurasian principles of constitutionalization of public authorities.
